Can I open a Checking, Savings, Certificate, or Money Market account online?
Yes, new members can open a checking account online with our online application.
Youth, Teen and Individual Retirement Accounts must be opened in a branch.
Current members:
Existing Arizona Financial members can add a Savings Account, Money Market, or Savings Certificate through online banking:
- Log in to your online account from a desktop or laptop (this form is not currently available in the mobile app)
- Click on “Additional Services” from the blue bar at the top of the page
- Select “Secure Forms” from the options provided
- Select “Open Additional Accounts”
- Fill out the form with your request and we’ll take it from there.
- The new account will be opened within 2 business days
If your banker instructed you to use our business banking options, please call us at 602-683-1000 for assistance, as this form is not currently available on the business platform.
For a more personalized touch, stop by one of our branch locations or schedule an appointment to open an account with one of our representatives.
How do I change my personal identification number (PIN) for my debit card?
To select your PIN, bring the card and your government-issued photo ID to any one of our branch locations and we’ll help you set up the PIN of your choice.
If you know the current assigned PIN, you can change it by calling 866-599-5615 and selecting the option to update the PIN. You'll need the existing PIN in order to change this.
If you only want to find out your PIN, you can either contact us or send us a secure email from within online banking and we’ll mail you a copy.
For security purposes, Arizona Financial does not have access to your PIN.
How do I order checks?
To order checks from a desktop or laptop:
- Log in to online banking
- Click on “Additional Services” from the blue bar at the top of the page. The blue bar will only appear if you're using a desktop or laptop device.
- Select “Order Checks” from the options provided
- You’ll be routed to the Harland Clarke website – this is our trusted partner for check orders
- After answering a few security questions, you’ll be able to browse through check styles, view prices, and place your order
To order checks from your mobile device through our website: (Check ordering is not currently available on our mobile app)
- Use the browser on your mobile device to visit ArizonaFinancial.org
- Select the "Menu" icon
- Select the plus sign next to "Additional Services"
- Select “Order Checks” from the options provided
- You’ll be routed to the Harland Clarke website – this is our trusted partner for check orders
- After answering a few security questions, you’ll be able to browse through check styles, view prices, and place your order
To order checks by phone through Harland Clarke:
- Call 800-355-8123
- You will need Arizona Financial's routing number: 322172797
- You’ll also need your full account number (a minimum of nine digits).
- Your account number can be found within online banking or mobile banking
When will my checks arrive?
Checks are delivered within 10 business days
How can I pay for my checks?
The cost of the checks will be withdrawn directly from your checking account within 10 business days of the order. Prices vary based on the image options selected.
How much will it cost to make a stop payment on a check?
The fee to place a stop payment is $35 per check number or for a consecutive range of check numbers. If you need assistance with a Visa transaction, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist further.
Stop payments can be placed through online banking, TouchTone 24, or by visiting any of our branch locations. (Note: TouchTone 24 is not available for business accounts)
Please make sure you have the correct check number and amount for the item you wish to place a stop payment.
Steps to place a stop payment online
- Log in to online banking
- Select “Additional Services” from the blue bar at the top of the page
- Select “Stop Payment” from the options provided
- Complete the form with the details of your item
Steps to place a stop payment through TouchTone 24 (not available for business accounts)
To place a stop payment on a check through TouchTone 24 (TT24), complete the following:
- Call our telephone banking system at 602-683-1234.
- Enter your account number and TT24 PIN (this PIN is established separately from your debit card PIN)
- Select Option 4 for Account Management
- Select Option 1 for Stop Payment Activities
- Select Stop a Payment
- Follow the prompts to find the check number.

ACH/electronic item stop payment
To place a stop payment on an ACH or electronic withdrawal:
- Log in to online banking
- Select “Additional Services” from the blue bar at the top of the page
- Select “Secure Forms”
- Select “ACH/Electronic Withdrawal” from the list provided.
- Follow the prompts to place the stop
