Where can I find my BNPL offers?
BNPL offers are displayed within the Buy Now, Pay Later section in online and mobile banking.
How do I apply for a BNPL loan?
Our BNPL program has no loan applications to fill out and no credit check. If a debit card purchase qualifies for BNPL, the offer will be displayed in online and mobile banking. You can accept offers and manage your plans all within online and mobile banking.
How soon will I see my purchase amount deposited back into my account?
It typically only takes a minute or two, but it may take up to 24 hours before the deposit posts to your checking account.
Does BNPL require a credit check?
Arizona Financial does not perform a credit check when determining your eligibility for BNPL.
Why can't I see any BNPL offers?
If an offer is not displayed in the BNPL section of online or mobile banking, then the debit card purchase was not eligible for BNPL. This could be due to several factors, including:
- The transaction amount was too small or too large.
- The transaction was made at an ineligible merchant type. Some common merchant types that are not eligible for BNPL include cash advances, lotteries or gambling transactions, and bail or bond payments.
- Eligibility is also based on the member’s account relationship.
Can I pay off my BNPL plans early?
Yes, you can choose to pay the BNPL loan off early.
