Business Banking Officer
Dorene has 28+ years of experience in retail and business banking. In 2017, she decided to work for a local financial institution, supporting local businesses by helping them find solutions for their personal and business financial needs. During COVID, she assisted local small businesses in need with help obtaining PPP loans to help their businesses survive.
Dorene volunteers for various charity events throughout the Valley, supporting local causes for people in need.
In her spare time, Dorene enjoys biking, hiking and watching sports on TV or at venues. She also has two sons and five precious cats.
Business Banking Officer
Noa started her financial career in 2009 and has been with Arizona Financial since 2015. She has a wealth of knowledge and strives to make banking less scary for her business members.
Noa has been a teller, personal banker, trainer and now as a Business Banking Officer, is committed to assisting members make their financing easier and more pleasant. She loves Arizona and wants to help local business flourish in the Valley.
Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Julie has 39 years of banking experience in various roles. She has always worked for community financial institutions that focus on small businesses. She loves helping small business owners grow their business and prides herself on providing excellent member service.
During her off time, Julie enjoys cooking and creating recipes and has discovered her passion for country dancing.
Business Banking Officer
Joseph has 16 years of experience in consumer and business banking. He started his career in 2007 and has been with Arizona Financial since June 2023. Joseph has a plethora of knowledge and wants to make banking easy for his business members.
When he is away from work, Joseph enjoys hiking, playing golf, going to the beach, and cooking. He has two dogs and two cats.

Wendy has achieved multiple licenses in the professional spectrum from: Insurance Agent, Licensed Insurance Adjuster, Financial Advisor, Mortgage Loan Officer, as well as a Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. She is currently enjoying her role a Business Banking Officer for the Mohave County region in beautiful Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Her goals and aspirations are to achieve the highest quality of service to our business members, and to gain them as family within our credit union.
On a personal note, Wendy is a mother of 4 and her kids keep her motivated and driven every day. She lives by the quote “Knowledge is Key”.

Randall Gaston
SVP/Commercial Lending Manager
Randall serves as the SVP of commercial lending, leading credit administration, portfolio management and loan operations. He has a robust background in commercial and small business lending at both large and smaller community banking institutions. Randall joined us in 2015.
Logan Craig
Commercial Loan Officer
Logan has over 15 years of community banking experience, including 10 years of experience in commercial lending. He specializes in commercial real estate, residential development, equipment finance and relationship management. In addition, he has a history of credit analysis and underwriting, which allows his members to benefit from his hands-on experience as he guides them through the commercial lending process.
Logan values providing expert service and building relationships. At his previous job he was focused on relationship banking, and as a Commercial Loan Officer with Arizona Financial he is responsible for developing and managing new business banking relationships.
Outside of work Logan enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. When time permits, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, kayaking and hiking.
Jonathan Temple
SBA Business Development Officer
SBA 504, SBA 7(a)

Jonathan serves as an SBA Business Development Officer in the Phoenix Metropolitan area for Arizona Financial. In this position he serves as a technical resource to clients exploring the SBA 504 and 7(a) programs by providing them with financing solutions for a wide range of business purposes, including real estate, equipment, start-ups, acquisitions, and working capital. Jonathan also provides clients with traditional commercial and investor-owned real estate financing. Prior to joining Arizona Financial, Jonathan worked at multiple other financial institutions including a certified development company here in Phoenix allowing him to become well-versed with SBA standard operating procedures.
Phil Orth
VP/Commercial Loan Officer
SBA 504, C&I, CRE
Phil is a commercial loan officer with close to 10 years of experience in community banking and commercial lending. He has experience in all forms of commercial lending ranging from real estate, real estate development, commercial and industrial lending, SBA 7(a) and SBA 504, all the way to business acquisitions and more niche commercial lending structures.
Phil started his career as a commercial credit analyst and underwriter which allows his members to benefit from his fundamental understanding of small business financials and commercial loan structuring. He believes in the importance of relationship banking and having a firm understanding of his customer’s business and industry.
Outside of work Phil enjoys activities like off-roading, snowboarding, camping or any activity that allows him to take in the beauty of the Arizona desert. His wife’s family lives in a small surf town on the west side of Costa Rica and he enjoys visiting them whenever possible.
Mike Churosh
VP/Commercial Lending
Mike is an experienced commercial banker with over 30 years of commercial and private banking experience – who takes great pride in providing his clients with a team approach, driven by open and straight communication.
Mike has an in-depth practical knowledge of commercial lending including complex debt structure. Mike also specializes in ground-up commercial construction financing.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys Arizona and stays active by hiking, bike riding, and gardening.
Alex Shaffer
VP/Commercial Banking Manager
SBA 504, C&I, CRE
Alex serves as Manager, Commercial and Industrial Lending for Arizona Financial. Alex is a commercial banking veteran with approximately 25 years of experience providing advisory driven custom commercial lending solutions to businesses in all sectors and commercial real estate investors. Alex believes that business owners are the engine that drives our communities and they deserve extraordinary attention and support.
Stephen Wydysh
SBA Commercial Loan Officer
SBA 504
Steve serves as a commercial loan officer in the Lake Havasu area for the Arizona Financial. He provides expert services for working capital, lines of credit, equipment loans, construction and term loans for owner-occupied small business real estate, hospitality, and investment real estate financing.
Dylan Fowler
SBA Commercial Loan Officer
SBA 7(A) and SBA 504
Dylan Fowler has been a local Arizona commercial lender for seven years, specializing in SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, and takes pride in building long-term relationships with local small businesses. Dylan has extensive experience in financial analysis and comes from a relationship management background, making him a great resource for entrepreneurs trying to navigate the commercial lending process. In addition to all types of SBA loans, Dylan is also knowledgeable in USDA and conventional lending, and will help guide you in choosing the appropriate loan for your business.
Outside of the office, Dylan enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
