President's Message

Great news! I’m thrilled to announce we have been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Regional Banks & Credit Unions for 2025.
Find out more in my update and get the latest on our ATM upgrade and branch expansion plans.
Upcoming Fee Changes, March & August
In March and August, we will be making changes to our schedule of fees.
Periodically we review our fees to ensure they are adequate to cover costs, are in alignment with other providers, and reflect our values as a not-for-profit credit union.
The fee changes are to existing fees, except where noted. We have also eliminated some fees.
2024 tax forms available online
Starting with the 2024 tax year, the credit union will no longer mail tax forms unless you’ve previously opted to receive your monthly account statements by mail.
Your 1099-INT and 1098 forms for 2024 are available in your online account. You can also check your December 2024 account statement for important year-end account information like year-to-date interest and dividend amounts paid.
To access your statements, log in to your account from our website, then click Additional Services > Online Statements.
If you need assistance, please contact Member Services at 602-683-1000.

About our Local Causes giveback program
Every time you make a purchase with your desert-themed Local Causes Visa® debit card, the credit union contributes to the Arizona Financial Community Fund – then awards the funds to smaller nonprofit organizations throughout Arizona to support their programs.
Since launching the Local Causes debit card in August of 2020, we have distributed more than $500,000 to local nonprofits serving our community in the areas of education, community services, children and youth, sustainability, animal welfare, and public safety.

You can give each account its own nickname (e.g., emergency fund, new car, vacation, etc.).
Lastly, to make saving easy – set up automatic transfers from your checking account.
